Flora and Story is a first-of-its-kind, entry-level Floral Masterclass designed for wedding planners, aspiring event professionals, and flower enthusiasts. This 3-day immersive journey through the Netherlands blends hands-on floral education, cultural exploration, and curated experiences led by global experts Nadia Duran and Samar Shawareb.
1. Experience Overview
Registration must be completed through the official Flora and Story website.
Full payment is required to confirm participation.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Registration and Payment
Your registration covers a fully curated 3-day experience, including:
Airport pick-ups from Amsterdam Airport
Private group transfers between all scheduled locations in Amsterdam and the Dutch countryside
Hands-on floral masterclasses guided by Nadia Duran, Samar Shawareb, and other international experts
All workshop materials and fresh seasonal florals
Curated meals throughout the program, featuring a floral-inspired gastronomy experience by renowned Chef Michael Cervino

3. What’s Included
Airfares to and from Amsterdam, as well as accommodation during the experience, are not included in the registration fee.
Participants are responsible for booking and covering their own flights and hotel stays for the duration of the program.
A list of recommended hotels and booking guidance will be provided upon confirmation of registration.
4. Travel & Accommodation
Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements to Amsterdam.
All attendees must respect the schedule, group dynamics, and safety guidelines.
Any damage to property or disruption of the experience may result in removal from the program without refund.
5. Participant Responsabilities
Flora and Story reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the masterclass for promotional purposes.
Participants will receive a personal gallery of professional content for branding and marketing use.
All educational materials are the property of Flora and Story and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Media and Intellectual Property
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for program coordination and communication.
Participants may opt out of promotional media use by submitting a written request prior to the event

Flora and Story reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, instructors, or locations due to availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Any changes will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
